Installinllhe lower triple clamp (EXC EIUAUS)

- Clean the bearing and sealing elements, check for damage, and grease.
1 High viscosity grease (r p. 252)
- Insert the lower triple clamp with the steering stem. Mount the upper steering head
bearing.
- Check whether the top steering
head seal. is correctly positioned .

Push on protective ring e.
- Position the upper triple clamp with the steering.
- Mount
screw. but do not tighten yet.
- Position the clutch line, wiring harness, and
COl control unit. Mount and tighten
screws

1 Remaining screws, chassis
- Position the fork legs.

110 Nm (7.4 Ibf ft) 1
I The topmost milled groove in the fork leg must be flush with the top edge of
the upper triple clamp.
Position bleeder
screws. toward the front.
- Fully tighten screws
