The needle
jet
has
been
removed.
-
Use
a new jet needle
as
a gauge.
On
the jet needle, make a
mark.
above
the
level • at a distance
•.
Guideline
I
Distance.

I The marking must
be
completely removable.
- Insert the marked
jet
needle into the needle jet
to
be
tested.
Push
the two parts
together carefully.
- Check the needle jet.

marking.
is
not visible
on
the jet needle at the upper
edge.

- Change the needle jet.
Condition
The float needle valve
has
been
removed.
- Check the float needle valve and the valve seat for deposits.
>
If
deposits
are
present:
- Clean the valve seat.
Clean
or change the float needle valve.

- Check the float needle valve for wear and check the sealing areas for notches.
>
If
the sealing area is damaged or worn:
- Change the float needle valve.
- Mount and tighten idle air jet

flat
area
of
the
inner clutch hub engages in the
recess
of the throttle position sensor.
