Printing Files
1. At the control panel, press the SSeerrvviicceess HHoommee button.
2. Touch SSeenndd ffrroomm FFoollddeerr.
3. Select the SSccaann && OOtthheerr JJoobbss tab.
4. On the Folder - File List screen, select files.
5. Touch PPrriinntt or BBaattcchh PPrriinntt.
6. Select an option. If necessary, to type the number of prints, use the numeric keypad.
7. Touch PPrriinntt.
Configuring or Starting a Job Flow
For detailed information on job flow, refer to Job Flow.
Job Flow is a feature that allows you to register transfer settings of scan data, such as a transfer method and
destination, to simplify data-transfer tasks.
Job flow sheets are categorized into two types according to the target. One type of job flow sheet targets files
stored in folders, and the other type of job flow targets scan files. This section describes the first type of job flow
sheet, targeting files stored in folders.
You can execute a job flow on files stored in a folder. You can configure the job flow to start automatically or you
can start the job flow manually:
• Automatic: To start a job flow automatically:
1. Ensure that the job flow sheet is linked to a folder. For details, refer to Linking a Job Flow Sheet to a Folder.
2. Select AAuuttoo SSttaarrtt.
When files are stored in the linked folder, the files are processed automatically using the parameters established
in the job flow sheet.
• Manual: For details on starting a job flow manually, refer to Starting a Job Flow Manually.
Link Job Flow Sheet to Folder
You can link a job flow sheet to a folder using the following procedure or from the TToooollss tab in the Machine Status
menu. For details, refer to Linking a Job Flow Sheet to a Folder.
