Clearing Paper Jams on the Interface Decurler Module
1. Open the front cover on the Interface Decurler Module (IDM).
2. Remove the jammed paper:
a. Push down lever 11aa.
b. Turn knob 11bb counterclockwise.
Note: To ensure that the jammed paper exits the area, turn the knob a minimum of 10 times.
c. Remove the jammed paper.
Important: Remove the jammed paper by carefully pulling it out of the area.
3. Return lever 11aa to the original position.
4. If you encounter difficulty when removing jammed paper, do the following.
