23. Insert the piston and piston rod into the Valve Body. Before seating the piston, ensure the flat
surface on the piston rod is facing up.
24. Insert the Carrier Assembly into the Valve Plate.
25. Close the back Carrier Assembly latch. This ensures the Carrier Assembly is locked into the hole
in the piston stem.
26. Close the front Carrier Assembly latch.
27. Install the Valve Body over the screws on the Mounting Plate and rotate Valve Body clockwise to
seat it. The port connections must face the same direction as when it was originally installed.
28. Using the 7/64-inch hex driver from the CP Valve Tool Kit, tighten the four screws securing the
Valve Body to the Mounting Plate.
29. Reinstall the air connection onto the Valve Body.
30. Reinstall the port connections, being careful to get each connection to the correct port.
31. Perform a leak check on the valve (see "Leak Check" in Section 2).
32. Turn on carrier, air and power.
33. Check the operation of the valve (see "Manual Operation of Valves" in Section 2).
