2004 NO INK White-1
White 1 Ink Cartridge is not
installed.

White 2 Ink Cartridge is not
installed.

White 3 Ink Cartridge is not
installed.

Install an Ink Cartridge.
Confirm if Ink Switch PCB Assy and the Ink
Detection Plate in the Ink Cartridge are properly
working.
2020 EMPTY Black Black Ink Cartridge ran out of ink.
2021 EMPTY Magenta
Magenta Ink Cartridge ran out of
ink.
2022 EMPTY Cyan Cyan Ink Cartridge ran out of ink.

The Wiper Cleaner for CMYK is
not installed.
Install the Wiper Cleaner to the CMYK side.
Confirm the microswitch if it properly works.
2042
No Wiper Cleaner
(White)
The Wiper Cleaner or White is not
installed.
Install the Wiper Cleaner to the White side.
Confirm the microswitch if it properly works.
2050 Temp Low
The ambient temperature is under
the operative temperature rage.
2051 Temp High
The ambient temperature is over
operative temperature rage.
Raise or drop the room temperature.
Replace the Carriage PCB and adjust the proper
temperature with GT-3 Service Tool.
2070 Obstacle on the Platen
The Clearance Sensor detected
an obstacle on the Platen (or the
media) in loading the Platen.
Remove the obstacle, flat the platen surface and
then press OK Button.
Confirm the Solenoid Jam Assy; the alignment
between Sensor Flap Dog and the Sensor.
2100
USB flash drive Not
Ready
USB flash drive is not properly
mounted.
Re-mount the USB flash drive. Confirm the spec
and type of the USB flash drive. Try another USB
flash drive. Confirm the connection between USB
Host PCB Assy and Main PCB.
2101 Not Enough Area
The USB flash drive does not have
enough area for saving.
Check the free space of the USB flash drive with
PC.
Mount a USB flash drive with free area available.
