CYLINDER REMOVAL
R emove the cylinder head (page 7- 7) .
Re move the cam chain gu ide.
Re
mov e th e cylinder.
Remove the gasket and dowe l pins .
L
oose n the lock nLJ t and remove the cam ch ~ in
tensione, bolt.
R emove the cam chain tensione •. tensi one r ,od and
spring.
PISTON REMOVAL
On oot let the pis/on
pin clips flt/l l nlalM
crankcase.
Remove the piston pin clip w ith pliers.
Press
t he p is t on pin out of the piston and remove
the piston.
