CLUTCH/GEARSHIFT LINKAGE
Install the dowel pins i nto th~ shift drum, then install
the shift drum stOpper plate aligning the ho l es with
the dowel pins as shown.
Install and tighten the drum stopper plate boit.
Install
the stopper arm, ret LJ rn spr i ng and ti ghten
with the boit to the specified t orque .
TORQUE:
13 N· m 41 .3 kg f· m , 9 lb f· h l
Install
the gea rsh'ft pedal and f,ghlen t he bol l.
Install
the fo l low ing:
- Oil pump {page 4- 5)
- Clutch {page 9- 7)
- Right c ra nkcase cover

- O-ring
- Clutch lever
- Clu tch lever spring
- Cl u tch lifter cam
- Coner pin
