AIR CLEANER HOUSING
REMOVAL/ INSTALLATION

connecting tube 1'98 - 2000/ XR 100R Ca l iforn ia type,
After 200OlX R100R and After '99/XR80R: page 1· 20 ,

loosen tile connecting tube band scr ew ,
Remove the bolts.
Remove the two boits and mud gua rd.
Remove
the tw o air cteaner housing mount ing bolts,
then remove the hous i ng fr om the left sine of the
frame.
Make sure Ille I nstall the air cleaner h ous ing in the reverse order
carbu,era, of removal.
