Removal
If only the main bearings are being serviced, refer to Section 3B ‑ Main Bearings without Crankshaft Removed.
NOTE: Engine port and starboard cylinder heads are removed for illustration clarity.
1. Ensure that all bearing caps are marked so that they can be installed in their original locations.
