Downloading and Installing doubleTwist
The first step to getting your
media onto your DROID using
doubleTwist is to download
and install the application on
your PC or Mac. Follow these
steps to do so:
1. From your computer,
visit
www.doubletwist.com
and click the Free
Download button; the
website will sense which
version of the software is
right for your computer.
2.
Download the install file
and follow the directions
for setup.
3. On a Mac, simply drag
the doubleTwist icon to
your applications folder.
On a PC, double-click
the installation file in your
Downloads directory if it
did not start
automatically.
4. You will be prompted to create a doubleTwist account unless you have one
already. Enter your username, email, and password for a one-time setup of your
doubleTwist account.
A few moments after setting up your account, you will receive a confirmation
email letting you know that your doubleTwist account is now active.
