Error Status
The status of errors that occur at the Ethernet Option Board is reflected as
shown in the following diagram.

2 IP address setting
error
The following cannot be used as IP address set-
tings.
• Host IDs that are all 0 or all 1.
• Network IDs that are all 0 or all 1.
• Subnetwork IDs that are all 1.
• Addresses beginning with 127 (7F hex).
Reset the IP address.
3 IP address table
error
Correct the IP address table. If the problem cannot
be resolved,
replace the CPU Unit.
4 IP router table error Correct the IP router table. If the problem cannot be
resolved, replace the CPU Unit.
5 Reserved Always 0.
6 Routing table error Correct the routing tables. If the problem cannot be
resolved, replace the CPU Unit.
7 to 13
Reserved Always 0.
14 Address disagree-
ment
Make sure that the node number and the last byte
of the IP address are the same and then set other
host IDs to 0. Change the address conversion
method.
15 EEPROM error Restart the PC. If the problem cannot be resolved,
replace the Ethernet Option Board.
Bit Switch Unit operation
0 FINS/TCP Connection No.1 0: The connection is terminated.
1: A connection is established.
1 FINS/TCP Connection No.2 0: The connection is terminated.
1: A connection is established.
2 to 15 Reserved Always 0.
