Edit a waveform with ArbBuilder
1. Open a waveform. Please see Open a Waveform with ArbBuilder.

2. Click ArbBuilder->Edit. You will see the edit toolbar.

3. Cut. It is used to cut a piece of waveform data between the two cursors.
