Services.
Service Address for 9-1-1 Emergency Response.
Verizon Hub’s 9-1-1 service operates dierently from
traditional, wireline 9-1-1 service. For correct emergency call
routing, you MUST provide Verizon Wireless with the Phone
Number and Service Address that corresponds to the physical
location where you are using your Verizon Hub service.
View Service Address.
Your Service Address can be viewed from the Home Page or
by going to Manage My Service.

Settings.
Click 2. Services.
Click 3. Service Address for 9-1-1 Emergency Response.
Your current service address will be displayed. 4.
Note: Contact Customer Support at 800-922-0204 to update
your 9-1-1 Emergency Response Service Address.
