1. Adjust:

a. Adjust the spring preload with the special
wrench and wrench handle included in the
owner’s tool kit.
b. Turn the adjusting ring “1” in direction “a” or
“b”.
c. Align the desired position on the adjusting
ring with the position indicator “2”.

Minimum
Distance “c” = 8 mm (0.31 in)
Standard
Distance “c” = 10 mm (0.39 in)
Maximum
Distance “c” = 12 mm (0.47 in)
Direction “a” (turn in)
Compression damping is increased
(suspension is harder).

Compression damping is decreased
(suspension is softer).
