IP phone’s registrations, the other registrations are not affected. For more information on call
forward, refer to Call Forward on page 416.
The DND on code and DND off code configured on IP phones are used to activate/deactivate
the server-side DND feature. They may vary on different servers.
Return Message When DND
This feature defines the return code and the reason of the SIP response message for the rejected
incoming call when DND is activated on the IP phone. The caller’s phone LCD screen displays
the received return code.
DND Emergency
This feature allows users to receive the incoming calls from some authorized numbers even if
the DND feature is activated. This feature is disabled by default.
DND Large Icon
This feature allows the IP phones to display a large DND icon on the idle screen. It helps users to
clearly view DND is activated.
Procedure
DND can be configured using the following methods.
Central Provisioning
(Configuration File)

Configure DND in the custom mode.
Parameters:

Configure the DND feature.
