TRAN/TRANSFER key.
If it is set to 0 (Disabled), the user can transfer the active call to a new call during multiple
calls when the user presses the Tran/Transfer soft key or TRAN/TRANSFER key.
Note: It is not applicable to SIP-T48G/T48S/T46G/T46S/T29G IP phones.
Web User Interface:
Features->General Information->Allow Trans Exist Call
Phone User Interface:
None
To configure allow trans exist call via web user interface:
1. Click on Feature->General Information.
2. Select the desired value from the pull-down list of Allow Trans Exist Call.
3. Click Confirm to accept the change.
Directed Call Pickup
Directed call pickup is used for picking up an incoming call on a specific extension. A user can
pick up the incoming call using a directed pickup key or the DPickup soft key. This feature
depends on support from a SIP server. For many SIP servers, directed call pickup requires a
directed pickup code, which can be configured on a phone or a per-line basis.
