Set serial communication parameters.

Function
Set the function to use. To use general purpose communication, select Normal.
To execute communication commands with a barcode reader, select Bar-code. A portion of
the control and output communication commands can be executed.
The commands that can be executed are the same as those of the USB keyboard. For
details, see page 1-214 in section 1.23.11, “Setting USB Input Devices (/UH option)”.

Set the GX/GP address.

Set the data length. To output the data in binary format, select 8bit.
Handshake
Set the handshaking method.
