2.4.11 VerifyingUnverifiedCertificates(Releasenumber2andlater)
If a certificate that you have fails verification and FTP transfer or mail transmission is not
possible, an error message (E782) appears, and a Unverified certificate icon appears in the
Universal menu.
FTP transfer or mail transmission will not be possible until a verification confirmation is
performed, a root certificate is installed, or other appropriate measure is taken.
When verification confirmation is performed, data that was not transmitted will be transmitted
in the next transmission opportunity.
Procedure

Press MENU, tap Universal and then Unverified certificate.
A Select unveried certicate screen appears.

From the available buttons, tap the server to display the certificate information.
The certicate information appears, and you will be prompted to install a root certicate or conrm
the certicate.

Check the information, and tap OK.
Clicking Cancel aborts the procedure and the Select unverified certificate screen
closes.
