torque applied to the wrench is released.
6.7.1.3 Torque (Monitor) / Angle (Control)
This strategy helps the operator to reach the desired target angle and monitoring torque.
This strategy is similar to Torque (Control) / Angle (Monitor); the Target Angle value is required instead
of the Target Torque, and the 3 rows of yellow LEDs come on when the 3 percentages of the Target Angle
are reached, instead of the Target Torque.
