The JTAPI Menu Option
JTAPI Triggers Configuration
Use the JTAPI Triggers Configuration web pages to display, add, modify, and
delete information about the JTAPI triggers.
To access this configuration area, click the JTAPI Triggers hyperlink on the
navigation bar of any JTAPI Configuration web page.
Adding a JTAPI Trigger
Use the JTAPI Triggers Configuration page to add new JTAPI Triggers
information.
To access the JTAP Triggers Configuration web page, click the Add a New JTAPI
Trigger hyperlink on the JTAP Triggers Configuration summary web page.

Resynchronizing JTAPI Information
If the JTAPI information (JTAPI users, CTI ports, triggers) in the Unified CM is
missing or not in sync with CRS data, click Resynchronize hyperlink on the
JTAPI Configuration pages. CRS then:
• Checks whether:
–
The JTAPI users exist in Unified CM.
–
All the ports belonging to the Port Group exist in Unified CM.
–
The Port Group’s data is in sync with Ports data in Unified CM.
–
The Ports’ association to users are correct.
–
The Route Point exist in Unified CM.
–
The Triggers data is in sync with the Route Point data in the Unified CM.
–
The Route Points have been associated with all the JTAPI users in
Unified CM.
• Synchronizes the data by:
–
Creating any missing users.
