Remove the shutter (P. 12-2), rear scroll (P. 1 2- 5 ), and drive belt from the transmission pulley (P. 4-10) before
removing the adjuster arm(s).

outside of the adjuster arm
where it fits into the cutter
housing.

Install the washer as shown.
