5-8 OIL COOLING AND LUBRICATION SYSTEM
OIL HOSE/OIL PIPE INSPECTION
• Any oil hose/oil pipe found in a cracked condition or flattened
must be replaced.
• Any leakage from the connecting section should be corrected
by proper tightening.
OIL COOLER INSTALLATION
• Install the oil cooler.
• Use a new O-ring and install the oil hoses.
Use a new O-ring to prevent engine oil leakage.
X 99000-25010: SUZUKI SUPER GREASE “A”
NOTE:
Apply grease “A” to the O-ring.
• Tighten the oil cooler hose bolts to the specified torque.

• Pour engine oil. (2-13)
COOLING FAN
REMOVAL
• Drain engine oil. (2-13)
• Remove the oil cooler. (5-7)
• Remove the cooling fan.
