ENGINE DISASSEMBLY

Identify the position of each removed part. Organize the
parts in their respective groups (e.g., intake, exhaust) so
that they can be reinstalled in their original positions.
CYLINDER HEAD COVER
• Remove the PAIR reed valve cover and reed valve.
• Remove the oil hoses.
• Remove the spark plugs. (2-5)
• Remove the cylinder head cover.
• Remove the dowel pins and O-rings.
SIGNAL GENERATOR COVER
• Remove the signal generator cover and gasket.
