1 - Door
❑ Removing and installing

❑ Always renew; it is per‐
missible to loosen them
once in order to align
door.
❑ Specified torque: 40 Nm
3 - Door hinge
❑ Hinge is split.
❑ Upper part is secured to
hinge lower part with
bolt -4-.
4 - Bolt
❑ Connects upper part of
hinge -3- to bottom part
of hinge -7-
❑ Specified torque: 23 Nm
5 - Cover
❑ Fit onto bolt -4-.
6 - Bolt
❑ Always renew; it is per‐
missible to loosen them
once in order to align
door.
❑ Specified torque: 40 Nm
❑ Installed from inside ve‐
hicle.
❑ For removal and instal‐
lation, B-pillar lower trim
must be removed ⇒
General body repairs, interior; Rep. gr. 70 ; Pillar and side panel trims .
❑ If the B-pillar has been replaced, other specified torques must be observed ⇒ page 125
7 - Door hinge
❑ Hinge is split.
❑ Lower part is secured to hinge upper part with bolt -4-.
8 - Bolt
❑ Always renew; it is permissible to loosen them once in order to align door.
❑ Specified torque: 40 Nm
❑ If the B-pillar has been replaced, other specified torques must be observed ⇒ page 125
9 - Bolt
❑ Specified torque: 30 Nm
