1.9 Removing and installing lid lock
1.9.1 Removing
Carry out following work:
– Open bonnet.
– Remove radiator grille ⇒ page 261 .
– Detach cable -2- from cable coupling ⇒ page 45 .
– Detach connector for contact switch for bonnet -F266- if there
is one.
Note
The connector is attached to top left-hand side of lock carrier.
– Remove bolts -4- from lock carrier and remove bonnet lock
-1- upwards -arrow a-.
