1.7 Adjusting parallel running of glass panel
Note
Parallel running can only be adjusted if sliding/tilting sunroof drive
and glass panel have been removed (in "0" position).
Carry out following work:
– Remove glass panel ⇒ page 157 .
– Removing sunroof drive ⇒ page 162 .
– Move guide plates on both sides by hand until guide pin -1- is
aligned with marking -arrow- on guide plate.
– Adjust and install sliding/tilting sunroof drive ⇒ page 162 .
– Install glass panel ⇒ page 157 .
1.8 Renewing panel seal
Carry out following work:
– Remove glass panel ⇒ page 157 .
– Pull seal -1- off glass panel -2-.
– Press new seal into groove in glass panel -2-.
Note
To ease fitting of seal, coat panel edge with a soapy solution.
1.9 Removing and installing wind deflector
1.9.1 Removing
Carry out following work:
– Open sunroof completely.
– Remove carrier unit ⇒ page 165 .
