– Disengage locking hook -4- on trim -1- -arrow a-.
– Swivel trim -1- off retaining lugs -2- -arrow b-.
– Remove trim -1- from mirror mounting -3-.
2.5.2 Installing
Carry out following work:
– Swivel trim -1- behind retaining lugs -2- on mirror mounting
-3-.
– Press trim -1- onto mirror mounting -3- until locking hooks
-4- engage audibly.
– Install mirror glass ⇒ page 245 .
2.6 Removing and installing mirror housing
Note
Removal and installation is described for the right exterior mirror
housing only. Removal and installation of the left exterior mirror
housing are analogous.
