2.9 Removing and installing striker plate
2.9.1 Removing
Carry out following work:
– Remove cover of striker plate in lock carrier cover.
– Undo bolts -2- and remove striker plate -1- from lock carrier
-3-.
2.9.2 Installing
Carry out following work:
– Mount striker plate -1- on lock carrier -3- with bolts -2-.
Specified torque of bolts -2-: 18 Nm
– Adjust striker plate ⇒ page 65 .
– Install cover of striker plate into lock carrier cover.
