– Screw in bolts -1- and -3- but only tighten slightly; do not tight‐
en fully until height of glass panel has been adjusted.
– Carry out height-adjustment of glass panel ⇒ page 158 .
1.5 Height-adjustment of glass panel
Carry out following work:
Bellows not yet removed.
– Push sliding headliner to rear.
– Raise sliding/tilting sunroof
– Unclip bellows along lower strip.
– Loosen the two front catches and push bellows backwards out
of guide -arrow-.
– Move glass panel to zero position.
Continued for all vehicles:
– Loosen bolts -1...3- (do not unscrew completely).
– To prevent wind noises, carry out front and rear height adjust‐
ment in accordance with illustrations.
Height-adjustment of glass panel at front (-arrow- points in direc‐
tion of travel).
-a- = 0…1 mm lower than roof line
– Tighten front bolts for glass panel.
Specified torque of bolts: 7 Nm
