– Unscrew and remove front screws -arrow- on left and right.
– Push spring slide forwards over stop -1- and take out.
– Push sliding headliner forwards and raise slightly above the
roof cut-out.
– Unscrew rear screws -arrow- on left and right.
– Pull out spring slide to rear and remove sliding headlining -1-
upwards.
1.10.2 Installing
Carry out following work:
Install in reverse order of removal.
Specified torque of bolts: 1 Nm

sunroof drive

Carry out following work:
Note
Remove or install drive for sliding/tilting roof only when glass pan‐
el is closed.
– Remove front interior light -W1- ⇒ Electrical system; Rep. gr.
96 ; Front interior light -W1- (with sliding roof) .
