Pilot Accumulator Functions (Optional)
Pilot accumulator (1) is a pressure storage reservoir of the
control circuit which supplies pressure and enables operation
of the control circuit even after stopping the engine.
The front attachment can be lowered using the control lever
and the weight of the attachment itself, and pressure in the
hydraulic circuit can be released after stopping the engine.
Pressure Release Procedure of Hydraulic Circuit
1. Set the machine in the parking position.
2. Pull the pilot control shut-off lever to the LOCK position.
Perform items from 3 to 5 within 15 seconds.
As the pressure in pilot accumulator (1) gradually decreases
after stopping the engine, pressure in the hydraulic circuit
can be released for few seconds after stopping the engine.
3. Stop the engine. Turn the key switch ON.
4. Push the pilot control shut-off lever to the UNLOCK
position.
5. Move the control levers and attachment pedals forward
and rearward or left and right to release pressure from
the hydraulic circuit.
6. Pull the pilot control shut-off lever to the LOCK position
and turn the key switch OFF.
