Malfunction Cause Solution
Steering wheel hard to turn,
grating noises when
steering
Oil level in the hydraulic oil
tank too low
Check the hydraulic oil level;
à Maintenance manual.
Then drive at low speed to
the nearest repair shop and
have the cause checked
One or more lamps light up Steering circuit failure Stop and perform required
inspections;

Separate steering cannot
be activated
Current speed above about

Slow down or stop the truck
