9. Operating Management/ Specifications
If the Account Management is enabled and the remaining points run out, printing stops
automatically.
If jobs are not executed, ask your administrator for checking your balance in [Summary
Account Settings]. The period of time from when the shortage of points is detected to when
the machine stops the job can be set in [Display Time of The "Insufficient Balance" Error].
If [Display Time of The "Insufficient Balance" Error] is set to the value other than 0 second
and printing stops, you need to cancel the current job or add points and complete printing to
execute the next print jobs.
Contact the administrator if you want to check your balance yourself.
