Press ≪ Space≫ above the icon
Complete the PC-Diagnostic Utility and then
restart the computer
Click (close)
Press ≪ Ctrl≫ + ≪ Alt≫ + ≪ Del≫

If the touchpad does not operate properly, press ≪ Ctrl≫ + ≪ Alt≫ + ≪ Del≫ to restart the computer, or press the power switch
to turn the power off, and then restart the PC-Diagnostic Utility.
Running the Diagnostic Check
Run this utility using the default settings in the Setup Utility.
If the Setup Utility or other settings will not allow hardware to be executed, the hardware icon will not be displayed or will be displayed in gray.
1. Connect the AC adaptor, and be enabled the wireless function.
During the diagnostic check, do not remove the AC adaptor, or attach any peripheral devices.
2. Start the Setup Utility.

Click (Start) - [Settings] - [System] - [Recovery].
2. Click [Restart now] in “Advanced startup”.
3. Click [Restart now] on the “We’ll restart your device so save your work” screen.
4. Click [Troubleshoot] - [Advanced options] - [UEFI Firmware Settings] - [Restart].
The computer restarts, and the Setup Utility screen appears.

If the password is requested, enter the Supervisor Password.

If you are using the computer after changing the settings from the status at the time of purchase, we recommend that you make a note
of the settings that are changed.
3. Press ≪ F9≫ .
At the confirmation message, select [Yes] and press ≪ Enter≫ .
4. Press ≪ F10≫ .
At the confirmation message, select [Yes] and press ≪ Enter≫ .
The computer will restart.
5. Press ≪ F2≫ or ≪ Del≫ while “Panasonic” boot screen is displayed.
The Setup Utility starts up.

If the password is requested, enter the Supervisor Password.
6. Select the [Exit] menu, and then select [Diagnostic Utility].
When the PC-Diagnostic Utility starts up, it will automatically begin the diagnostic check for all hardware components.

If the password is requested, enter the password.

The keyboard may not be used when each hardware checking is running. While checking is in process, a vertical green progress bar
(A) is displayed on the right side of the hardware icon.

You can perform the following operations by selecting the icons on the screen:
l
: Start the diagnostic check from the beginning.
l
: Stop the diagnostic check (After the process is stopped, you cannot resume it by selecting ).
