Limiting Available Functions
To
prevent unauthorized operation, you can specify who is allowed to access each of the printer's functions.
Specifying Which Functions Are Available
This can be specified by the user administrator.
Specify the functions available to registered users. By making this setting, you can limit the functions
available to users.

details about logging in and logging out with administrator authentication, see p.22 "Using Web Image
Monitor to Configure Administrator Authentication".
1. Log in to Web Image Monitor as an administrator.
2. Click [Address Book].
3. Click the user you want to specify in the address list, and then click [Change].
You can search using [Name], [Registration No.], or [User Code].
4. Specify the [Available Functions], and then click [OK].
5. Click [Logout].
6. Close Web Image Monitor.
