This chapter describes what to do if the printer does not function properly.
If Authentication Fails
This section explains what to do if a user cannot operate the printer because of a problem related to user
authentication. Refer to this section if a user comes to you with such a problem.
If a Message is Displayed
This section explains how to deal with problems if a message appears on the screen during user
authentication.
The most common messages are explained. If some other message appears, deal with the problem
according to the information contained in the message.
