BRAKE PAD REPLACEMENT
• Remove the caliper.

• Remove the pin
1.
• Remove the brake pads by removing the pad mounting pin
2.
• Clean up the caliper especially around the caliper pistons.
• Install the outer pad with the detent
A of pad fitted to the
detent
B on the caliper holder.

• Install the inner pad so that the inner pad will be seated on the
hatched part
C.
• Install the pad mounting pin
3.
• Install the pin
4 securely.
Do not operate the brake lever while removing the cal-
iper.
Replace the brake pads as a set, otherwise braking
performance will be adversely affected.
