• Apply SUZUKI SILICONE GREASE to the concavity of piston.
- 99000-25100: SUZUKI SILICONE GREASE
• Install the clutch release cylinder
7 and spacer
8.
• Tighten each bolt to the specified torque.
& Clutch hose union bolt
9: 23 N·m (2.3 kgf-m, 16.5 lb-ft)
Air bleeder valve
0: 7.5 N·m (0.75 kgf-m, 5.5 lb-ft)

* The seal washers should be replaced with the new
ones to prevent fluid leakage.
* Bleed air from the system after reassembling the
release cylinder. (!2-16)
