Front suspension
This section is devoted to operations that can be
carried out on the suspension.
Front
Front wheel hub overhaul
Ball bearings to hub
- Fit the spacer
- Fit the ball bearings and bushes and position the
seal rings.
WARNING
PRIOR TO REASSEMBLY, LUBRICATE WITH JOTA 3 F.S.
GREASE IN THE AREAS MARKED WITH THE ASTERISK.
Handlebar
Removal
Remove the handlebar cover before carrying out
this operation,.
- After removing the transmissions and discon-
necting the electrical terminals, remove the termi-
nal fixing the handlebar to the steering.
- Check all components and replace faulty parts.
N.B.
IF THE HANDLEBAR IS BEING REMOVED TO REMOVE
THE STEERING, TILT THE HANDLEBAR FORWARD TO
AVOIDING DAMAGING THE TRANSMISSIONS.
