WALKER EVANS SHOCK PRELOAD ADJUSTMENT
Follow these guidelines if you make adjustments to this suspension.
Always return the suspension to the factory setting after the load is removed from the vehicle. The increased
suspension height will negatively impact vehicle stability when operating without a load.
Always apply the same adjustment setting to all four wheels.
Do not increase the spring preload by more than one inch (25.4 mm) over the factory setting.
1. Elevate the vehicle to allow the suspension to fully extend.
2. Turn the adjusting ring
q
to the left to increase preload for a higher ride height. Turn the adjusting ring to the right
to decrease preload for a lower ride height.
WARNING
Uneven adjustment may cause poor handling of the vehicle, which could result in an accident. Always adjust both the
left and right spring preloads equally or have your POLARIS dealer perform the adjustments.
