ROLL OVER PROTECTION SYSTEM (ROPS)
SIDE BOLSTER REMOVAL / INSTALLATION
NOTICE
Both side bolsters must be removed to remove the rear
tube assembly.The left and right bolsters share the
same removal / installation procedures.

Removal Procedure
1. Remove the nut

and fastener

. Remove the
lower fastener
r
.
2. Remove the bolster from the vehicle.
Installation Procedure
1. Slide the bolster into the rear tube and lower mount.
2. Loosely install the fasteners. Use a new lock nut on
the upper fastener.
3. Torque fasteners to specification.
TORQUE
Upper Fasteners:
14 ft-lbs (19 Nm)
Lower Screws:
14 ft-lbs (19 Nm)
FRONT TUBE REMOVAL / INSTALLATION
Removal Procedure
1. Locate the screws

and lock nuts

inside the front
wheel fenders securing the front tube the frame.
Remove the screws and nuts from both sides of the
vehicle. Discard the lock nuts.
2. Remove the screws
e
and lock nuts
r
securing the
front tube assembly to the rear tube assembly.
Discard the lock nuts.
3. Remove the front tube assembly from the vehicle.
Installation Procedure
1. Install the front tube assembly into the rear tube
assembly.
2. Insert the front tube assembly into the front cab and
frame mounts.
