AIR BOX REMOVAL / INSTALLATION
IMPORTANT
Make sure the air box cover is properly seated upon
installation or severe engine damage could occur.
Air Box Removal Procedure
1. Remove the cargo box access panel.
2. Loosen the gear clamps
3. Disengage the two air box cover straps

4. Unlatch the cover and carefully remove it from the air
box.
5. Remove the seat.
6. Remove the engine compartment access panel.
7. Remove the four screws inside the cargo box.
8. Remove the three screws
q
fastening the front of the
cargo box.
9. With the front of the cargo box loose access the two
screws securing the air box by lifting the cargo box
up.
10.Remove the two screws
w
fastening the air box.
11. Remove the air box.
