3. Install the screws

shown in the illustrations. Torque fasteners to
specifications.
TORQUE
ROPS Tube Fasteners:
30 ft-lbs (41 Nm)
Lower Front ROPS Fasteners Built 10/17/2016 or After:
42 lb-ft (57 Nm)
REAR TUBE REMOVAL / INSTALLATION
Removal Procedure
1. Locate the screws

and lock nuts
w
inside the rear
wheel fenders securing the front tube the frame.
Remove the screws and nuts from both sides of the
vehicle. Discard the lock nuts.
2. Remove the screws
e
and lock nuts
r
securing the
front tube assembly to the rear tube assembly.
Discard the lock nuts.
3. Remove the front tube assembly from the vehicle.
4. Remove the left and right side bolsters from the
vehicle. Remove the upper seat belt fastener and
seat belt from the tube bracket.
5. Remove the rear ROPS tube assembly from the
vehicle.
Installation Procedure
1. Install the rear tube assembly into the front tube
assembly.
2. Insert the rear tube assembly into the rear cab and
frame mounts.
3. Install the screws

and new lock nuts

as
shown in the illustrations.
4. Torque screws to specifications.
5. Reinstall the side bolsters. Torque screws to
specification.
6. Reinstall the seat belt. Torque fastener to
specification.
TORQUE
ROPS Tube Fasteners:
30 ft-lbs (41 Nm)
Side Bolster Fasteners:
14 ft-lbs (19 Nm)
Upper Seat Belt Fastener:
42 ft-lbs (57 Nm)
