FLOORBOARD PANELS
MAIN FLOORBOARD
Main Floorboard Removal
1. Remove the seat.
2. Remove the screws and plastic rivets that secure the
main floor board to the frame, front fender / cab
assembly, and left / right fenders.
3. Pull the main floor board
q
rearward and up from the
left side of the vehicle. Remove the floorboard from
the right side.
Main Floorboard Installation
1. Reverse removal procedure to install main floorboard.
2. Install plastic rivets and screws. Torque screws to
specification.
TORQUE
Floorboard Screws:
8 ft-lbs (11 Nm)
3. Reinstall the seat.
UPPER FLOORBOARD
Upper Floorboard Removal
1. Remove the seat.
2. Remove the main floor board. See
3. Remove the screws and plastic rivets that secure the
upper floor board to the frame and front fender / cab
assembly.
4. Pull the upper floor board
q
rearward and down from
the left side of the vehicle. Remove the floorboard
from the right side.
Upper Floorboard Installation
1. Reverse removal procedure to install upper
floorboard.
2. Install plastic rivets and screws. Torque screws to
specification.
TORQUE
Floorboard Screws:
8 ft-lbs (11 Nm)
3. Reinstall the main floor board.
4. Reinstall the seat.
