Limiting Available Functions
To prevent unauthorized operation, you can specify who is allowed to access each of the printer's
functions.

This function is available for SP 4520DN only.
Specify the functions available to registered users. By making this setting, you can limit the functions
available to users.
1. Log in as the user administrator from Web Image Monitor.
2. Point to [Device Management], and then click [Address Book].
3. Select the user you want to specify in the address list.
4. Click [Detail Input], and then click [Change].
5. Specify the [Available Functions], and then click [OK].
6. Log out.
1. Log in as the user administrator from the control panel.
2. Select the user whose access to printer functions you want to restrict.
[Address Book Mangmnt] [Change] [All Users] Select the user
3. Select the functions you want to permit.
[Auth. Info] [Available Other Functions] Select the functions you want to permit [OK]
[Exit] [OK]
4. Log out.
