STEERING
3. CHECKING, DISASSEMBLING AND SERVICING
[1] CHECKING AND ADJUSTING
• Refer to checking "Steering Controller" in "8. HYDRAULIC SYSTEM" section.
[2] DISASSEMBLING AND ASSEMBLING
(1) Removing Steering Controller (ROPS Type)
Steering Wheel, Meter Panel and Rear Bonnet
1. Remove the bonnet.
2. Disconnect the battery's cable.
3. Remove the steering wheel (1) with a steering wheel puller (Code
No. 07916-51090).
4. Remove the shuttle lever grip (2) and shuttle lever guide (3).
5. Remove the meter panel mounting screw and disconnect the
meter cable (5).
6. Disconnect the connectors (6).
7. Disconnect the main switch connector and headlight switch
connector, hazard and turn signal switch connector.
8. Disconnect the engine stop cable (8) at the engine side.
9. Remove the rear bonnet (4).
10.Remove the fuse box and cover.

Piping for Power Steering
1. Disconnect the turning delivery hoses (2).
2. Disconnect the main delivery pipe.
3. Disconnect the return pipe.
4. Remove the steering controller mounting screws.
5. Remove the steering controller (1).
(When reassembling)
