2 OTHER SERVICE FUNCTIONS
2.1 Cancellation of the Secure function lock
< Function >
This procedure cancels the secure function lock. Use this procedure if the user forgets his/her
password entered when setting the secure function lock so as not to exit from the lock.
< Operating Procedure >
(1) When the machine is on standby, hold down the Home key for approx. 5 seconds to display
the following screen on the LCD.
(2) Hold down the blank area at the bottom of the LCD for approx. 2 seconds to display the
following screen.
(3) Press the #, 2, 7, 9, 0 and 0 keys on the LCD in this order.
The machine displays the following screen on the LCD.
(4) Press the X key to return to the standby state.
