User Check
- Remove the jammed paper in platen part and front part.

Recording paper width sensor cannot detect origin specified on the recording paper feed roller.

Remove foreign materials.
2 Switchback actuator out of place Set the switchback frame ASSY into place.
3 Switchback paper sensor harness
connection failure
Reconnect the switchback paper sensor harness.
4 Sensor relay PCB harness
connection failure
Reconnect the sensor relay PCB harness.
5 Paper feed roller, paper ejection
roller stained
Clean the related rollers.
6 Paper feed roller, paper ejection
roller defective
Replace related rollers.
7 Sensor relay PCB defective Replace the sensor relay PCB ASSY.
8 Main PCB defective Replace the main PCB ASSY.

Set the PF home position detection lever into place.

Replace the carriage PCB ASSY.
4 Main PCB defective Replace the main PCB ASSY.
