Triggering can be controlled by applying a signal from an external trigger source (p.
127). Furthermore, an event mark can be added by an input signal (p. 142).
This allows synchronous operation of multiple Memory HiCorders by parallel trigger-
ing (p. 226).

When using an external trigger to synchronize multiple instruments, make
sure you set [Filter] of the external trigger input to [Off].
